Altar Dolmen, Toormore Make sure the dog doesn’t pass in front of the camera when you’re focusing in the dark. Just one of those nights. I’d set out an hour earlier to shoot another location and by the time I got there the rain had stopped. It was lashing all day, then, not a drop. Bang went the ‘rain at dusk’ shot I’d been planning. On route home I shot a surprise find, and then decided last minute to finish with a few test shots at the Altar Dolmen around the corner.
